Elles brings over a decade of experience in building high-performing, balanced teams. In 2010, she founded Women in Sales to address the underrepresentation of women in sales leadership roles. Her work focuses on connecting top female sales talent with organizations aiming to enhance diversity and performance. Elles also leads initiatives in sectors like finance, consultancy, technics, and welding, all under the umbrella of Experts in Balanced Teams.
